🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

- United States: 7–14 business days

- International: 14–31 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our central logistics hub. Wherever you are, Sportyze is coming your way.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, tracking information will be uploaded as soon as possible. You can view your tracking details on our Track Order page.

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking details are typically available within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. If you haven’t received yours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact our support team at webolsen@outlook.com.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
